Alkemē Announces Fall and Winter Updates: Welcoming Chef Martin Blanco, New Menu, and Seasonal Events 

Santa Fe, NM – September 30, 2024 – Alkemē, known for reimagining heritage cuisine in the heart of Santa Fe, is excited to announce a series of updates for the upcoming fall and winter seasons, including the addition of a new chef, a seasonal menu launch, and special events that highlight global flavors. 

Welcoming Chef Martin Blanco to Alkemē We are thrilled to announce that Chef Martin Blanco has joined the Alkemē team as Sous Chef. Born and raised in the Philippines, Chef Blanco brings a rich culinary background to the restaurant, having attended culinary school at Santa Fe Community 

College and received specialized training in Japanese cuisine in Portland, Oregon. His creativity, precision, and passion for sharing his heritage make him a perfect fit for Alkemē’s vision. This fall and winter, Chef Blanco will reimagine Filipino cuisine, offering guests an exciting opportunity to experience bold and innovative dishes as part of our new seasonal menu.

New Winter Hours: Starting October 1 Beginning October 1, Alkemē will transition to its winter hours

Dinner service: 5:00 PM – 8:45 PM, Monday through Saturday 

Starting November 4, the restaurant will be closed on Mondays and Sundays

Dim Sum Brunch: Starting October 12 In addition to our winter menu, Alkemē will launch a Dim Sum Brunch every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM, beginning October 12. This brunch offering will feature a selection of expertly crafted and reimagined dim sum dishes, showcasing both traditional flavors and creative twists inspired by global influences. 

Fall-Winter Menu Launch: October 21 To complement the cooler months ahead, Alkemē will unveil its new fall-winter menu on October 21. Guests can look forward to an array of dishes inspired by global culinary traditions, now including Filipino flavors alongside our signature Vietnamese, Taiwanese, and Korean offerings. Our menu continues to celebrate reimagined Asian heritage cuisine with a fresh and modern twist.
