Now, Open Kitchen Chef-Owner Hue Chan Karels and Executive Chef Erica Tai are excited to bring Santa Fe a restaurant that pays homage to their culinary roots and brings to life ancestral recipes, stories, and memories of flavors combined with their innovative approach.

Our Story
What binds us at Open Kitchen is our belief that food is a bridge to cultural understanding and brings people together for the common good.
Over the years, Chefs Hue-Chan and Erica have pursued their passion to discover, revive, interpret, and share their collective cuisines (Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Korean, and Hawaiian) with friends in Santa Fe and the surrounding areas.
