Rooted in the traditions of shared meals across Asia—like Vietnam’s Cơm Gia Đình, Taiwan’s Xǐ Yàn, Japan’s Teishoku, & Thail&’s “สำรับ” (Samrub) —these dinners celebrate the beauty of coming together around the table. 

These meals celebrate the art of sharing food, where dishes are presented together as a harmonious set, creating a sense of connection & belonging. Curated by Chef Hue-Chan and Guest Chef Derek Rugsaken, & others, this series brings you humble yet refined comfort foods, rooted in heritage & prepared with heart.
