Resembling the shape of ancient Chinese coins, these homemade gluten-free dumplings are filled with ground pork, shrimp, and Chinese chives. Served with ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce. (dairy free)

Vietnamese Chicken Soup “Canh Măng Gà” ~ Representing Warmth and Comfort
Delicate Northern Vietnamese soup with bamboo shoots, wood ear mushroom, hand-shredded poached chicken in a rich chicken broth (gluten free, dairy free)

The Vietnamese believes the Kitchen Gods leave the kitchen and ride on a fish (carp) to the heavens to give a report on each family’s doings, returning on the Eve of the first day of the Lunar year
