Guided by Alkemē’s culinary team, guests will learn to prepare classic savory tamales and hand-formed sweet empanadas crafted with time-honored recipes and festive fillings. We’ll provide all the fixings, hands-on guidance, and easy freezing and reheating instructions—perfect for stocking your holiday table or gifting to friends.
