As part of the Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta, Alkemē presents an exquisite Indochine Wine Dinner that delves into the fusion of Vietnamese and French culinary traditions, born from resilience and creativity during the colonial era. Complementing the dinner, Alkemē has partnered with Violet Crown Santa Fe to screen the Academy Award-winning film Indochine on September 25 at 7 PM and September 29 at 2 PM, offering a rich, cultural experience.
